The grandchildren have grown since this picture: Good Grief! My how the grandchildren have grown (oops, now the are refered to as matured!). One is a second grade teacher, another has graduated from college and is working as engineer in the airline industry. It's hard to believe they have grown so fast. We remember when....? Other Christmas Seasons.

This year when you and your family are selecting your special real tree at Strawberry Hill Christmas Tree Farm on the "Old Oregon Trail" you will find a welcoming entrance to the farm.

However, please drive slowly. Parking is mainly on the diagonal. Please follow signs for traffic. This will help give you a special Christmas tree experience that will be more efficient with plenty of time to peruse the farm, the shop, enjoy the limited hay rides.

After the droughts of past years we now have a nice selection of mature Scotch Pines for your family to cut this year. Again we have brought in a prime selection of Fraser Fir and White Pine at our customers' requests. In past couple years our Fraser Fir which we put up Christmas Eve actually had new branch growth in the middle of January. (Lyn has been known to put Valentines on our trees!) A couple of customers reported new growth, also. Now that is “fresh.”

We will be supporting the "Trees for Troops" again, 10 plus years! We donate trees along with several other Kansas & National Christmas Tree Growers via the courteous efforts of FEDX to bases where service men are deployed to war areas. Hence, the families will have an opportunity for a real tree-free. We thank our customers for their generous support last year to this effort of supporting our Service men, women & families.

Come see some collectables and antiques for that unique gift. If you are looking for something special ask and we will see what we can do.

Our "Mini-Swag!” also known as "The Plop & Go" approximately 6” to 12” long. Instant decorating!!, on side tables, over a picture, plopped on the toilet tank (Bathroom immediately decorated!), in the kitchen on top of cupboard, on a handrail newel post, maybe a small table centerpiece. Also, wreaths, door swags, bags of greens, along with new decorating ideas.

We are scheduling professional photographers with limited times available. Photographers (those with props and/or charging for your services) must call Mark, 785-331-4422 in advance for appointment and availablity. Required check-in at appointment time with Mark for credentials. If you do not have an appointment or are not checked in with Mark, you and group will be considered trespassing.
